1、摘要雙熔敷極焊條電弧焊除塵凈化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)摘要雙熔敷極焊條電弧焊(TDEAW)是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、節(jié)能的焊接方法。但是焊接過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的煙塵比較大,使得該技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用受到一定限制。因此,需要一種除塵效率高,對(duì)細(xì)微煙塵具有高的捕集率的除塵設(shè)備。袋式除塵器適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),投入低,除塵效率高,對(duì)焊接煙塵有很好的捕集效率。本論文參考國(guó)內(nèi)外資料,采用上進(jìn)風(fēng)、外濾式、負(fù)壓式、圓袋、機(jī)械振打清灰方式,通過(guò)對(duì)TDEAW除塵凈化設(shè)備總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及TDEAW除塵凈化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)出一套具有輕便性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可移動(dòng)性及實(shí)用性的除塵凈化設(shè)備。TDEAW除塵凈化設(shè)備主要由集塵罩、進(jìn)風(fēng)管、顆粒沉降室、氣流分布板
2、、過(guò)濾室、凈氣室、風(fēng)機(jī)、灰斗、卸灰裝置等組成。整臺(tái)設(shè)備采用鋼架結(jié)構(gòu),并由四個(gè)支撐輪支撐,可以自由移動(dòng)。本文運(yùn)用ansys軟件分析了擴(kuò)散角、集塵罩高度、曲邊半徑對(duì)集塵罩內(nèi)氣流速度的影響,確定了TDEAW除塵凈化設(shè)備集塵罩口形式。本課題設(shè)計(jì)出的TDEAW除塵凈化設(shè)備,對(duì)雙熔敷極焊條電弧焊技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用具有重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞:雙熔敷極焊條電弧焊;焊接煙塵;袋式除塵器;集塵罩;有限元分析1V山東大學(xué)碩士論文DESIGNOFDUSTCLEANINGEQUIPMENTOFTWINDEPOSITIONELECTRoDEARCWELDINGThedustofTwinDepositionE
