1、青島大學碩士學位論文廢舊家電回收處理的系統(tǒng)動力學研究姓名：張海珍申請學位級別：碩士專業(yè)：管理科學與工程指導教師：鐘永光20120602摘要近年來，由于家電報廢數量的劇增，廢舊家電回收處理問題引起了各國人民的關注。廢舊家電回收處理能夠帶來經濟效益和環(huán)境效益，為資源的高效利用和經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展開辟了新的道路。一些國家早在20世紀末便根據本國國情，展開了廢舊家電回收體系建設工作。國外成功經驗為我國廢舊家電回收處理體系的建立提供了重要借鑒，但各國回收處理體系各具優(yōu)缺點，只有在特定的國情下才能充分發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢。我國家電回收處理產業(yè)還處于起步階段。2004年我國進入廢舊家電報廢的高峰期，為了促進廢舊家電
2、的回收處理，我國積極．丌展了廢舊家電回收處理立法工作。將北京、天津、青島等城市確定為回收試點城市，并開展了“以舊換新"活動。但我國回收處理工作仍面臨諸多問題，如居民環(huán)保意識落后，責任主體回收積極性不高，體系混亂等，家電回收處理工作仍需要政府扶持。本文在對國內外廢舊家電回收處理現狀進行分析的基礎上，針對正規(guī)回收商回收積極性不高等問題，建立了激勵正規(guī)回收商參與廢1日家電回收處理工作的系統(tǒng)動力學模型，并以青島廢舊洗衣機為例進行了仿真研究。本文展示了環(huán)保宣傳、處理基金、懲罰力度和最大處理能力與回收商參與廢舊家電回收處理積極性的關系，并通過對仿真結果的分析提出了提高回收商回收和處理速率的政策。關鍵詞
