5、itsanddemeritsofwhichareanalysedinordertogetthebestscheme.Basedonthebestscheme,theoveralllayoutofstatorwindingmachineforautomobilestarterhasbeendesigned.Accordingtotheoveralllayout,thewindingmachinehasbeendividedintoseveralmodules:tensionalpay-offmodule,axialwindingmodule,c
6、ircumferentialwindingmodule,splintingwiremodule,statorclampingmodule,mechanicalframemodule,indexingmoduleandcontrolsystemmodule.Detaileddesign,selectionandcalculationhavebeenmadetothepartsofeachmodule.Themodelsofthepartshavebeenbuiltin3D-designsoftwareSolidworks,aswellasthe
7、assembly.AmotionsimulationofstatorwindingmachineforautomobilestarterhasbeenmadeinSolidworksMotioninordertotestthewindingfunction.Accordingtotheresultsofthemotionsimulation,theforceconditionsofkeyparthavebeenanalysedinSolidworksSimulation,theresultsofwhichshowthatthemachinec
