4、reforestudythesolidificationcharacteristicsofdifferentCucontenthasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,singlespiralsampletestmethodandcastingalloysolidificationpropertiesanalyzerareusedtomeasurealloyhotcrackingtendency,thermalstressandlinearshrinkage,
5、studytheeffectofcoppercontentonthepropertiesofaluminum-copperalloysolidification.Theresearchresultsshowthatmobilitydecreasedfirstandthenincreasedwiththecontentofcopperincreased;whenthecoppercontentis10%,thealloyispreferablyflowability.Fluidityrisesupwardtrendwiththepouri
6、ngtemperature.DegassingtreatmentcanalsosignificantlyimprovetheliquidityofAl-Cualloy.Whenthecoppercontentof5.5%andthetemperaturedroppedto550℃,hottearingtendencylargest,mostpronetohotcracking.Whenthetemperatureis300℃,thethermalstressdecreasesandthenincreaseswithcopperconte
