1、華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文新型石油鉆井多參數(shù)儀的研制姓名:覃永平申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):材料物理與化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:王耘波;高俊雄20070603華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要石油鉆井多參數(shù)儀是一種用于測量鉆機各個系統(tǒng)運行參數(shù)的集成儀器儀表,通過它可掌握鉆井狀態(tài),提高鉆井效率,保證鉆井質(zhì)量,降低鉆井成本,是鉆井作業(yè)過程中必不可少的輔助儀器設(shè)備。首先,本文在設(shè)計新型多參數(shù)儀系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)中,結(jié)合CAN總線及以太網(wǎng)的組網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢,確定了以CAN總線為底層傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)、以太網(wǎng)為上層數(shù)據(jù)處理監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡(luò)的系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)與數(shù)據(jù)處理網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間通過CAN-以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)
2、橋建立信息連接通道。上層數(shù)據(jù)處理網(wǎng)絡(luò)主要由井區(qū)的參數(shù)PC、視頻PC、值班室PC和遠程的基站處理PC構(gòu)成,各PC除了都具有數(shù)據(jù)處理功能外,還具有各自特定功能。接著,參照OSI開放模型,采用ARM7微控制器LPC2210、以太網(wǎng)控制器RTL8019、CAN總線控制器SJA1000設(shè)計了CAN-以太網(wǎng)網(wǎng)橋硬件電路,并將uC/OS-II嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)移植到該網(wǎng)橋上,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,設(shè)計并完成網(wǎng)橋的軟件系統(tǒng),使之實現(xiàn)CAN總線與以太網(wǎng)間信息的交換。最后,采用模塊化思想,將多參數(shù)儀底層軟件系統(tǒng)劃分為各個功能模塊,主要包括系統(tǒng)初始化模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、
3、傳感器聯(lián)網(wǎng)檢測模塊、數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊、數(shù)據(jù)存儲模塊、命令發(fā)送模塊、遠程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸模塊、遠程文字交互模塊。綜合運用多進程與多線程、進程間通信、Linux及Windows操作系統(tǒng)間軟件的移植、數(shù)據(jù)庫、WebServer等多種編程技術(shù)將其一一實現(xiàn)。底層軟件系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成了多參數(shù)儀系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理通道。關(guān)鍵詞:CAN總線以太網(wǎng)ARMuC/OS-IILinuxI華中科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractWellsite-multi-parametersinstrumentisusedwidelyfortestingtherunningparametersof
