1、┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊裝┊┊┊┊┊訂┊┊┊┊┊線(xiàn)┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊安徽工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)說(shuō)明書(shū)摘要滑動(dòng)水口是連鑄機(jī)澆鑄過(guò)程中鋼水的控制裝置,能夠精確地調(diào)節(jié)從鋼包到連鑄中間包的水流量,使流入和流出的鋼水達(dá)到平衡,從而使連鑄操作更容易控制,是連鑄機(jī)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。鋼水包滑動(dòng)水口液壓系統(tǒng)主要為滑動(dòng)水口的開(kāi)啟與關(guān)閉提供動(dòng)力并實(shí)現(xiàn)位置控制。本文主要針對(duì)鋼包滑動(dòng)水口的功能、組成、工作特點(diǎn)以及鋼鐵廠(chǎng)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)要求,設(shè)計(jì)一款驅(qū)動(dòng)鋼包滑動(dòng)水口的液壓系統(tǒng)。主要包括系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算以及液壓元件的選型、液壓集成塊的設(shè)計(jì)、油箱的設(shè)計(jì)、泵站的設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)算等。該液壓系統(tǒng)要使滑動(dòng)水口能夠在一定負(fù)載下
