1、南昌大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于雙CAN總線液壓支架監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)姓名:蔡曉巍申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):機(jī)械電子工程指導(dǎo)教師:劉國平20090609摘要液壓支架是綜合機(jī)械化采煤工作面的主要設(shè)備之一,分散布置在整個(gè)采煤工作面上,可與大功率采煤機(jī)、大運(yùn)量的可彎曲刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)組成回采工作面的綜合機(jī)械化設(shè)備。然而由于支架節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)量眾多和煤礦的特殊環(huán)境,使得液壓支架與采煤機(jī)、輸送機(jī)聯(lián)動的全工作面自動化控制還處在探討研制階段,本文應(yīng)用雙CAN總線設(shè)計(jì)了一套液壓支架控制系統(tǒng),一路CAN運(yùn)用于液壓支架控制系統(tǒng)中,另一路CAN運(yùn)用于液壓支架控制系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)之中。本文首先對監(jiān)控對象液壓支架控制系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)
2、、技術(shù)要求和硬件組成進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,然后對液壓支架的工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析并設(shè)置相關(guān)參數(shù),同時(shí)對下位機(jī)控制器的主要器件選型并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的軟件任務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)。然后在對監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的煤礦安全要求、系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊總線詳細(xì)分析基礎(chǔ)之上,設(shè)計(jì)CAN總線硬件接口電路,并對上位機(jī)通信的過程詳細(xì)分析之后設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)通信任務(wù)。其次在對組態(tài)王的基本功能和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入的介紹后,對上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件的總體進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了界面開發(fā)和監(jiān)控模塊設(shè)計(jì),并對采集的數(shù)據(jù)處理和存儲。最后為了驗(yàn)證雙CAN總線設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性,搭建試驗(yàn)平臺并進(jìn)行上位機(jī)輪詢時(shí)CAN總線的數(shù)據(jù)分析,并對監(jiān)控軟件進(jìn)行了模擬調(diào)試,最后對課題的研究工
