1、西安石油大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)樊學(xué)油區(qū)樊丙聯(lián)合站設(shè)計(jì)摘要樊學(xué)油區(qū)聯(lián)合站擬建于地處定邊縣和吳旗縣境內(nèi)的定邊采油廠樊學(xué)油區(qū)。該地區(qū)屬陜北黃土塬區(qū),由溝、墚、茆地形組成,地面海拔1400~1730m。聯(lián)合站可建在梁彎東1km處,史家山西南側(cè)的半山上。該區(qū)域地勢(shì)平坦,交通方便。站外來油經(jīng)加熱爐進(jìn)行加熱,再經(jīng)過三相分離器首先進(jìn)行油、氣、水的分離,之后經(jīng)過穩(wěn)定塔進(jìn)行原油穩(wěn)定,最后經(jīng)外輸泵和計(jì)量間等向外輸送。站內(nèi)氣體直接送往氣體處理廠進(jìn)行處理。站內(nèi)劃分為油罐區(qū),污水處理區(qū),工藝區(qū),配電區(qū),消防區(qū),輔助生產(chǎn)區(qū),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了有泵流程,同時(shí)也考慮了停電流程,即事故流程。根據(jù)任務(wù)書所給該站的處理量和各種設(shè)計(jì)參
2、數(shù),首先初步選擇了各工藝段設(shè)備,接著確定了總平面布置和聯(lián)合站的工藝流程。完成了站內(nèi)的水力、熱力計(jì)算以及三相分離器、加熱爐、穩(wěn)定塔的選型和校核,并進(jìn)行了罐區(qū)計(jì)算,選取了浮頂油罐;接下來繪制了聯(lián)合站平面布置圖,聯(lián)合站工藝流程圖;之后又進(jìn)行了站內(nèi)管線的選取,以及外輸泵和脫水泵的選取。最后設(shè)計(jì)并畫了閥組間安裝圖。關(guān)鍵詞:聯(lián)合站;油氣分離;工藝流程;平面布置;泵房安裝51西安石油大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)DesigningofFanCmulti-purposestationinFanxueoilregionAbstractFanxue?C?central?oil?and?gas?treating?st
