2、J].JournalofChinaCoalSociety,2015,40(3):588-595.doi:10.13225/j.cnki.jccs.2014.0316新型瓦斯抽采鉆孔注漿封孔方法及封堵機(jī)理王振鋒,周英,孫玉寧,王永龍(河南理工大學(xué)能源科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,河南焦作454000)摘要:為研究封孔支護(hù)力對(duì)鉆孔漏氣量的影響,提出主動(dòng)支護(hù)式注漿封孔原理并進(jìn)行理論分析,得出了漏氣圈截面積與漏氣量的求解方程,并對(duì)影響漏氣量的因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,漏氣量隨著封孔支護(hù)力和封孔段長(zhǎng)度的增加而減小。提高鉆孔的主動(dòng)支護(hù)力并
3、選擇合適的封孔段長(zhǎng)度可以減少鉆孔漏氣,提高抽采鉆孔瓦斯體積分?jǐn)?shù)和抽采純量。據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)了新型的注漿封孔裝置,封孔初期,利用復(fù)合囊袋和注漿壓力給鉆孔壁施加1MPa左右的支護(hù)力,水泥漿液可以充分填充鉆孔周圍的裂隙,有效阻止裂隙漏氣。后期注漿材料凝固膨脹,再次對(duì)鉆孔壁形成較大的支護(hù)力,又可有效預(yù)防封孔段收縮變形形成新的漏氣通道,起到減小鉆孔漏氣量的作用。工程實(shí)踐表明,與聚氨酯封孔方法相比,同等條件下,新型注漿封孔方法鉆孔瓦斯體積分?jǐn)?shù)提高162.2%,鉆孔的瓦斯抽采純量提高33.83%。關(guān)鍵詞:瓦斯抽采;注漿封孔;鉆孔漏氣量
