2、了氨態(tài)氮、尿素氮和硝酸態(tài)氮對(duì)蛋白核小球藻生長(zhǎng)、色素和中性脂肪積累的影響。結(jié)果顯示,不同氮源對(duì)培養(yǎng)液pH有顯著影響,以氨態(tài)氮為氮源導(dǎo)致培養(yǎng)液pH降低,而硝酸態(tài)氮導(dǎo)致培養(yǎng)液pH升高,培養(yǎng)液pH的波動(dòng)可被添加的Hepes所穩(wěn)定,并促進(jìn)以氨態(tài)氮為氮源的蛋白核小球藻的生長(zhǎng)。尿素氮對(duì)蛋白核小球藻生長(zhǎng)、色素積累的效果優(yōu)于氨態(tài)氮和硝酸態(tài)氮,硝酸態(tài)氮在中性脂肪積累上優(yōu)于尿素氮和氨態(tài)氮,添加Hepes對(duì)氮饑餓后蛋白核小球藻的中性脂肪積累無顯著影響。關(guān)鍵詞:蛋白核小球藻;氮源;色素積累;中性脂肪中圖分類號(hào):$963文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A
