2、內(nèi)建立液壓系統(tǒng)管路中油液的固有頻率、壓力、氣泡體積分?jǐn)?shù)與有效體積模量關(guān)系的軟測(cè)量模型,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真分析。該模型應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題是如何在線測(cè)量油液的固有頻率,可行的解決方案是在液壓動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)選定的兩個(gè)油液壓力波動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)安裝壓電式壓力傳感器,通過(guò)在線激勵(lì)動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量油液的壓力頻率響應(yīng)函數(shù),從而識(shí)別油液的固有頻率。在液壓動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)多源診斷信息獲取試驗(yàn)裝置上對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。研究結(jié)果表明,該模型可以方便、有效地用于液壓油的有效體積模量在線監(jiān)測(cè)。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng)有效體積模量軟測(cè)量模型在線測(cè)量中圖分類號(hào):TH165.3
