1、摘要單一碳纖維加固混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)是:碳纖維的抗拉強(qiáng)度較高,但延伸率較低,加固成本較高;單一玻璃纖維加固混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)是:延伸率較高,加固成本低,但抗拉強(qiáng)度較低。針對兩種加固材料的特點(diǎn),本文提出用混雜纖維(由碳纖維和玻璃纖維組成)加固混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)的方法。試驗(yàn)方案為:澆注10根(2組、不同配筋)鋼筋混凝土梁,在梁底粘貼不同種類和不同數(shù)量的加固材料。通過試驗(yàn)得出梁的屈服荷載,極限荷載、跨中撓度、鋼筋和加固材料的荷載.應(yīng)變曲線、破壞形態(tài)以及截面沿梁高的應(yīng)變分布。并對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較分析。通過分析可知:加固
2、后的粱,其平均應(yīng)變的分布符合平截面假定:使用加固材料(碳纖維、混雜纖維)來提高混凝土受彎構(gòu)件承載力的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)加固方法是有效的:構(gòu)件受彎承載力隨加固材料用量的增加而提高:縱筋配筋率、加固材料混雜比例及混雜方式、加固材料用量均對受彎承載力有一定的影響;層內(nèi)混雜纖維的抗彎性能、延伸性能以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性均優(yōu)于單一纖維和層間混雜纖維。利用簡化計(jì)算方法對梁的抗彎極限承載力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比分析,結(jié)果試驗(yàn)值與計(jì)算值吻合較好。最后對影響加固效果的各種因素進(jìn)行了充分的討論。關(guān)鍵詞:混雜纖維;碳纖維;玻璃纖維
