1、摘要長春軌道客車股份有限公司從92年開始與各有關(guān)高校和研究所聯(lián)合研制設(shè)計無搖枕轉(zhuǎn)向架,并開始設(shè)計樣機(jī)進(jìn)行有關(guān)試驗。無搖枕客車轉(zhuǎn)向架具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安全可靠、檢修維護(hù)方便的特點(diǎn),已被國外鐵路發(fā)達(dá)國家在高速列車上廣泛采用,長春軌道客車股份有限公司研制的cw一200K型轉(zhuǎn)向架是在我國客車領(lǐng)域最早實(shí)用化的無搖枕客車轉(zhuǎn)向架,目前己廣泛應(yīng)用在25T型提速車及25K型快速車上。該型轉(zhuǎn)向架應(yīng)用以來總體情況良好,但在疲勞強(qiáng)度及動力學(xué)方面仍存在一些問題,需進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善。本文對Cw一200K型無搖枕轉(zhuǎn)向架構(gòu)架結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)用中出現(xiàn)的疲勞問題進(jìn)行了靜、動應(yīng)力分析,并根據(jù)實(shí)測動應(yīng)力對構(gòu)架上制動吊座、縱向梁
2、、抗蛇型減振器座及橫側(cè)梁連接部位等的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,提出的改進(jìn)方案能滿足1200萬公里安全壽命要求。利用NucARs2動力學(xué)軟件,建立提速客車cw一200K型無搖枕轉(zhuǎn)向架的車輛系統(tǒng)非線性模型;通過對cw一200K型無搖枕轉(zhuǎn)向架的懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,將使cw一200K型無搖枕轉(zhuǎn)向架具有優(yōu)良的動力學(xué)性能:對車輛實(shí)際運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)過的主要故障進(jìn)行了動力學(xué)性能預(yù)測,并提出了相應(yīng)的運(yùn)用條件,以更好地滿足安全運(yùn)行要求。關(guān)鍵詞:客車轉(zhuǎn)向架結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞參數(shù)優(yōu)化動力學(xué)性能ABSTRACTTheChangchunRa訂wayVehicleCompany(CRC)hasresearchedtheb01
