1、摘要T91鋼焊接熱影響區(qū)粗晶區(qū)韌性研究摘要T91鋼具有良好的高溫強(qiáng)度高溫抗氧化性和抗腐蝕性是超臨界發(fā)電機(jī)組完成主蒸汽溫度由538向566過渡的首選材料T91鋼的開發(fā)和研制對(duì)提高我國火力發(fā)電行業(yè)鍋爐機(jī)組的容量和發(fā)電效率降低發(fā)電成本解決我國電力緊張的現(xiàn)狀和我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的發(fā)展具有重要的意義本文所研究的控制和預(yù)測T91鋼的焊接CGHAZ的組織和性能及合適的焊接焊后熱處理規(guī)范成果為國產(chǎn)T91鋼材制造超臨界發(fā)電機(jī)組提供技術(shù)支撐本文以T91鋼焊接CGHAZ為主要研究對(duì)象采用焊接熱模擬技術(shù)沖擊試驗(yàn)硬度試驗(yàn)研究了T91鋼CGHAZ的性能通過金相
2、分析掃描電鏡透射電鏡等研究了焊接熱輸入焊接層數(shù)焊后熱處理等對(duì)T91鋼CGHAZ的顯微組織精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)及性能的影響規(guī)律研究結(jié)果表明T91鋼CGHAZ形成的粗大馬氏體組織是引起韌性顯著下降硬度增加的主要原因采用熱處理使馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻M織細(xì)小的回火索氏體組織改善了CGHAZ的性能控制焊接熱輸入獲得利于韌性的CGHAZ組織晶粒并采用770+4小時(shí)的熱處理可以使T91鋼在CGHAZ中獲得高韌性關(guān)鍵詞T91鋼焊接熱模擬熱影響區(qū)粗晶區(qū)CGHAZ組織和性能熱處理IABSTRACTSTUDYTHECGHAZTOUGHNESSOFT91STEELBYWELD

5、edictionofthesupercriticalgeneratingsetT91steelweldingCGHAZandobtainaproperweldingconditions.TheCGHAZwasselectedastheresearchobjecttostudybymeansofweldingthermalsimulationinthispaper.MechanicalpropertiesofCGHAZweremeasuredbytensiletestsandhardnesstests.Theopticalmicros
6、copy(OM),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andtransmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)wereemployedtoanalysistheeffectsoftheweldingheatinput,numberofweldbeadandheattreatmentontheCGHAZtoughnessandmicrostructureoftheT91steel.Theresearchresultsshowedthatthecoarsemartensiteisthemai
7、nreasonoftheincreasinghardnessandimpairingtotheCGHAZtoughness,whichwasimprovedwithheattreatmentthroughpromotingthetransformationofthecoarsemartensitetothesmallgrainofthetemperedsobitic.Thefinalthermalcycleofmultiplayerweldshavenoinfluenceonthemicrostructureandmechanica
