1、摘要曰.........曰................口.....門.............一門.....口.........口...口....曰...............口口...口.......口.口...曰...摘要逆變式點(diǎn)焊,是電子行業(yè)中無飛濺微型件焊接的主要方法。但是,現(xiàn)有的逆變式點(diǎn)焊機(jī)普遍存在電流波形的工藝性較差(無遞增及遞減)、工作穩(wěn)定性差及功率較大等問題。因此,研制新型的小功率點(diǎn)焊逆變電源,有著重要的理論及工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。論文在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外點(diǎn)焊逆變電源的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新型的交流斬波式變頻電源,并詳細(xì)分析了工頻交流斬波后的電壓波形。通過快速離散
2、傅立葉變換分析,得出了占空比、斬波頻率與二次諧波幅值之間的關(guān)系,提出了占空比及斬波頻率的合理取值范圍。在上述理論基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了逆變電源的主電路及其控制系統(tǒng)。并針對(duì)斬波電路中工頻分量對(duì)焊接變壓器正常工作的影響進(jìn)行了分析,通過試驗(yàn)選取合適的串聯(lián)電容,有效的降低了變壓器兩端的工頻電壓及空載電流。本文設(shè)計(jì)的主電路及控制系統(tǒng)軟、硬件均己通過調(diào)試。整機(jī)運(yùn)行測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)的控制功能已達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,主電路及焊接變壓器工作正常,輸出的斬波波形與理論波形基本相同。本文研制成功的工頻交流斬波式變頻點(diǎn)焊電源,對(duì)于從根本上提高精密微型件的點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量有重要意義。關(guān)鍵詞:交流斬波變頻點(diǎn)焊電源
