2、介紹了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的發(fā)展背景分析了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及缺陷并綜述了國(guó)際上工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)研究現(xiàn)狀其次講述了以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到工業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所要采用的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)將工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)做了相應(yīng)比較然后結(jié)合嵌入式以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)介紹了一種新型的嵌入式以太網(wǎng)控制模塊RCM2200及其開(kāi)發(fā)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)基于這個(gè)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)了多種工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)智能I/O節(jié)點(diǎn)這些節(jié)點(diǎn)主要包括了模擬量輸入節(jié)點(diǎn)模擬量輸出節(jié)點(diǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入節(jié)點(diǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)量輸出節(jié)點(diǎn)串行信號(hào)輸入輸出節(jié)點(diǎn)并應(yīng)用Socket編程技術(shù)和交換式集線器將這些智能節(jié)點(diǎn)組成了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)控制系統(tǒng)最后基于這一技術(shù)方案開(kāi)發(fā)了一套PID自整定控制系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了方案的可靠性及有效性關(guān)鍵詞工

4、etermination,speedandinformationpriority,itisthebestchoiceforthedevelopmentofindustrialcontrolsystemtocitetheEthernettechnologyfrombusinessfieldstoindustrialfields.Thethesisiswrittenwiththesupportofnational“985”project“processcontrolandoptimizationopencomputerintegrationtechnology”andcombi
5、neembeddedsystemtechnologywithEthernettechnologytoputforwardanewscheme-realizingindustrialEthernetbasedembeddedEthernetcontrolmodule.ThisthesisfirstintroducesthedevelopmentbackgroundofindustrialEthernet,analyzesboththeadvantagesanddisadvantagesofindustrialEthernetandthecurrentresearchsitua
6、tionismentioned.Afterthat,thekeytechnologiesofhowtousingEthernetinindustrialenvironmentandthedifferencesbetweenindustrialEthernetandFieldbusarediscussed.CombinedwithembeddedEthernettechnology,anewembeddedEthernetcontrolmodule-RCM2200anditsdevelopmentenvironmentareintroducedthen.Basedonthis
7、module,theconcretedesignmethodofintelligentEthernetI/Onodesandthetechnologyofhowtobuildupnetworkarepresentedindetail.ThoseI/Onodescanrealizedifferentfunctions,suchasAD,DA,DI,DOandSerial-Ethernet.AtlastarealizedPIDauto-tuningsystemprovesthereliabilityandvalidit
