1、管道的瞬時液相擴(kuò)散焊(TLP)焊機(jī)研究王磊旭(材料加工工程)指導(dǎo)教師:孫永興教授摘要目前,我國管線焊接仍以手工電弧焊為主,半自動焊為輔。在焊接過程中,由于人為因素造成的質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定和焊接生產(chǎn)率低等問題較為突出。而TLP焊管技術(shù)因高效率、高自動化程度、低變形、無焊接煙塵等優(yōu)異性能正受到越來越多的關(guān)注。針對這一情況,本文研制出一套TLP焊管機(jī),該焊機(jī)具有操作簡單,易于攜帶,焊接效率高等特點。本文完成了TLP焊管機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,并用ANSYS對機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及工件的對中性進(jìn)行了模擬校核,用COMSOL軟件對焊接溫度場進(jìn)行了模擬,根據(jù)其溫度場的變化情況確定了最合適的感應(yīng)加熱頻率、功率等參數(shù)。機(jī)械
2、結(jié)構(gòu)包括床身、工件夾持機(jī)構(gòu)、夾具行走機(jī)構(gòu)、加壓系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)和保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。加壓系統(tǒng)采用結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便的彈簧加壓方式;加熱系統(tǒng)采用中頻感應(yīng)加熱,頻率為10KHz左右,功率為20KW,最高加熱溫度可達(dá)1200℃??刂葡到y(tǒng)的設(shè)計包括硬件電路的設(shè)計和控制軟件的編寫,系統(tǒng)以PLC為控制核心,對焊接過程、加熱溫度、保溫時間和保護(hù)氣通斷過程進(jìn)行控制。試驗結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計的TLP焊管機(jī)能在5.10分鐘內(nèi)完成一個管道接頭的焊接,且接頭的力學(xué)性能滿足現(xiàn)場工作的要求,達(dá)到了研究和設(shè)計的目的,具有較高的市場應(yīng)用價值。關(guān)鍵詞:瞬時液相擴(kuò)散焊(TLP),焊機(jī),PLC控制,ANSYS模擬,COMSOL模擬Resear
