1、華北電力大學(xué)(保定)碩士學(xué)位論文超臨界火電機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制分析姓名:安克申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):控制工程指導(dǎo)教師:梁偉平;馮永祿201206華北電力大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要超臨界機(jī)組以其發(fā)電效率高,耗煤量低等特點(diǎn)成為我國火力發(fā)電機(jī)組的發(fā)展方向。600MW級超臨界機(jī)組也是世界多數(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國家重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的主力火力機(jī)組。隨著國產(chǎn)600Mw級技術(shù)消化、改進(jìn)和提高,運(yùn)行可靠性越來越高,并對電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行起著十分重要的作用,逐漸取代300Mw機(jī)組,成為我國火力發(fā)電的主力軍。隨著我國大量600Mw超臨界機(jī)組的投產(chǎn),迫切需要總結(jié)研究大型超臨界機(jī)組協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和
2、運(yùn)行情況。本文主要介紹600MW以上超臨界直流鍋爐的特點(diǎn)和協(xié)調(diào)控制方案。在介紹600MW超臨界直流鍋爐的協(xié)調(diào)控制方案之前,首先,介紹了600MW的超臨界直流機(jī)組的整體工藝流程和材料組成和控制難點(diǎn),目的是區(qū)分直流鍋爐和汽包鍋爐的特點(diǎn);其次,介紹了上都電廠三期工程660Mw的超臨界直流機(jī)組機(jī)主控,爐主控控制方案,以及168期問試驗數(shù)據(jù)。本文分析了超臨界機(jī)組的動態(tài)特性,闡述了機(jī)爐協(xié)調(diào)控制的原理及過程,并基于SAMA圖進(jìn)行了定性分析;文章結(jié)尾從環(huán)境資源,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,技術(shù)角度三個方面總結(jié)了超臨界機(jī)組未來的發(fā)展前景。關(guān)鍵詞:超臨界機(jī)組:協(xié)調(diào)控制;耦合華北電力
