1、題目:濕地土壤溶解性有機(jī)碳含量及光譜特征摘要濱海濕地位于山東半島陸地和海洋之間,植被類型多樣,土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)相對(duì)比較豐富。溶解性有機(jī)碳(DOC)作為總有機(jī)碳的一部分,含量雖低,但是對(duì)土壤肥力的高低起著非常重要的作用,同時(shí)對(duì)土壤微生物的活動(dòng)有調(diào)節(jié)作用,所以溶解性有機(jī)碳含量的高低對(duì)整個(gè)土壤碳庫(kù)的生態(tài)學(xué)意義有深刻的研究?jī)r(jià)值,土壤碳庫(kù)是碳循環(huán)過程中的環(huán)節(jié)之一,碳循環(huán)用于指導(dǎo)全球溫室變暖問題。在本文以光灘、堿蓬、蘆葦、互花米草4個(gè)植被類型以及土壤層次為0-10cm、10-20cm、20-40cm和40-60cm的4個(gè)不同土壤剖面層為研究對(duì)象,探究濱海濕地土壤中溶解性有機(jī)碳的含量。互花米草的溶解性有機(jī)碳濃度最
2、高,DOC含量可達(dá)到70mg/L,光灘、堿蓬和蘆葦DOC含量在7~20mg/L范圍內(nèi)。光灘和堿蓬樣地的DOC濃度隨著土層深度增加逐漸減少,而堿蓬在20~40cm層次上濃度驟減,達(dá)到2mg/L左右。實(shí)驗(yàn)用SUVA254nm,SUVA280nm和E2/E3表示其DOC的組分特征。用紫外可見分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定其紫外可見光譜特征,分析其組分特征。關(guān)鍵詞:溶解性有機(jī)碳紫外可見光譜植被類型土壤層次AbstractThecoastalwetlandofJiaozhouBayislocatedbetweenthelandandtheseaofShandongPeninsula.Thevegetationtypes
