1、摘要:渦流無損檢測是以電磁感應(yīng)原理為基礎(chǔ)的一種常規(guī)無損檢測方法,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。脈沖渦流無損檢測是在渦流無損檢測技術(shù)上發(fā)展起來的一種新技術(shù)。相對于傳統(tǒng)的渦流無損檢測方法,脈沖渦流具有包含的頻率分量豐富、檢測信號信息量大、時(shí)域分析方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文圍繞渦流無損檢測技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展趨勢,和脈沖渦流無損檢測技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展趨勢展開綜述分析,最終確定將深層缺陷脈沖渦流無損檢測電磁場理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究作為研究課題。本文由以下兩部分組成:第一部分包括:1)渦流無損檢測電磁場理論的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨
2、勢;2)渦流無損檢測技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢;3)渦流無損檢測的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和應(yīng)用;4)深層缺陷渦流無損檢測技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢。第二部分包括:1)脈沖渦流無損檢測電磁場理論的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢;2)脈沖渦流無損檢測技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢;3)脈沖渦流無損檢測中的信號處理;4)脈沖渦流無損檢測的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和應(yīng)用。通過以上綜述分析,確定了將脈沖渦流無損檢測作為研究課題,采用聚焦線圈與GMR(GiantMagnetoRestance)傳感器相結(jié)合的脈沖渦流無損檢測方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)深層缺陷檢測。關(guān)鍵詞:脈沖渦流;深層缺陷;聚焦線圈;
