1、廈門(mén)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文福建金隆電機(jī)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略研究姓名:鄭韓鋒申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):工商管理(EMBA)指導(dǎo)教師:孟林明201204摘要本文分析了福安中小型電機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)狀,福建金隆電機(jī)所處的國(guó)內(nèi)宏觀環(huán)境、福安中小電機(jī)行業(yè)發(fā)展情況、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況等外部環(huán)境,并就其產(chǎn)品、市場(chǎng)、財(cái)務(wù)管理等內(nèi)部環(huán)境也進(jìn)行了探討。文中以金隆電機(jī)為例,采用波特五力分析模型,BCG矩陣、Ansoff產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)成長(zhǎng)方向理論、波特一般化戰(zhàn)術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論、SWOT分析等分析工具,從其細(xì)分市場(chǎng)、顧客、產(chǎn)品、主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者等角度進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析,找到公司在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中需要關(guān)注的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和技術(shù)要滿足客戶要求、價(jià)格低、后續(xù)服務(wù)好等關(guān)
2、鍵致勝因素。接著介紹了公司現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,指出公司現(xiàn)在采用的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和低成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略解決了企業(yè)短期發(fā)展問(wèn)題,但存在局限性,沒(méi)有根本性地突破企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的瓶頸,有必要重新修訂。綜合以上分析結(jié)果,本文提出了福建金隆電機(jī)未來(lái)應(yīng)立足于電機(jī)新產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā),進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓未來(lái)市場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)略方向,采取未來(lái)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略與新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略并重的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,適度低成本和差異化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。本文還提出公司加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略合作、企業(yè)組織建設(shè)、人力資源建設(shè)、質(zhì)量管理等戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施。關(guān)鍵詞:福安中小電機(jī);金隆電機(jī);戰(zhàn)略AbstractTmspaperanalyzesthecharacteristics
