2、焦凸輪結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。優(yōu)化結(jié)果使變焦凸輪質(zhì)量減小了88g,壁厚減小了1.5mm,外徑尺寸減小了3mm。對(duì)優(yōu)化后的變焦凸輪進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析和熱分析。模態(tài)分析顯示,凸輪主體一階頻率為50.3Hz;熱分析顯示,凸輪在90℃溫差作用下變形大小為0.006mm。最后通過(guò)對(duì)光學(xué)傳遞函數(shù)的檢測(cè)以及振動(dòng)和高低溫試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了仿真分析的正確性,表明對(duì)變焦凸輪的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是成功的。關(guān)鍵詞:變焦距鏡頭;凸輪;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TH703文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A犗狆狋犻犿犪犾犱犲狊犻犵狀狅犳犮犪犿狊狋狉狌犮狋狌狉犲狅犳狕狅狅犿犾犲狀狊1,ZHANGBao1,CHENGZhifeng1,2,ZHAOYang2WANGPing(1
