2、C和D組分別通過尾靜脈移植生理鹽水和ADSCs。對各組大鼠作腰椎和股骨骨密度測量以及脛骨骨組織形態(tài)計(jì)量學(xué)分析。結(jié)果與A組相比,B組腰椎和股骨骨密度、骨小梁的相對體積、厚度和數(shù)量均明顯降低,骨小梁的分離度和單位骨小梁破骨細(xì)胞數(shù)顯著增加(P<0.05)。ADSCs治療后,D組中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均明顯改善,并與B組比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P<0.05),亦明顯優(yōu)于C組。結(jié)論ADSCs可以有效的改善大鼠GIOP,這為GIOP的治療提供了一種新的方法,也為“筋膜學(xué)假說”提供了部分實(shí)驗(yàn)支持。關(guān)鍵詞:筋膜學(xué);脂肪源干細(xì)胞;骨質(zhì)疏松;骨組織形態(tài)計(jì)量學(xué)中圖分類號:R336;R34文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)
