1、50高珍,曾力,劉軍鵬.骨料粒徑對自密實混凝土離析的影響研究文章編號:1006-2610(2014)o6—0050—04骨料粒徑對自密實混凝土離析的影響研究高珍,曾力,劉軍鵬(中國電建西北勘測設(shè)計研究院有限公司,西安710065)摘要:影響自密實混凝土離析的因素很多,其中骨料粒徑大小是主要因素之一。文章在運用斯托克斯理論分析骨料離析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用落球測漿體黏性系數(shù)的方法研究不同骨料顆粒粒徑在同稠度漿體下的離析程度,以及混凝土拌和物達到同流動性時骨料粒徑與漿體黏性的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,隨著骨料顆粒粒徑的增大,骨料離析程度呈迅速加大趨勢;在滿足相同流動性的條件下,隨著骨料粒徑的增大,為減小骨料離析,漿

5、egatesizeincrement.Inconditionofsatisfyingthesamefluidity,theviscosityofthegroutshallbeincreased,withtheaggregatesizeincrement,toreducetheaggregatesegregation.Whentheaggregatesizeincreasesatcertaindegree,thegroutviscosityobviouslygrowsfast.Toassurethesamefluidity,thegroutconsumptionshallbeincreasedi

7、ty自密實混凝土需通過自重產(chǎn)生流動達到混凝土寬?首先必須弄清粗骨料粒徑對混凝土離析的影響澆筑密實,因此混凝土拌和物必須具備流動性大的特規(guī)律;以及在增大骨料粒徑的同時,必須采取的相應(yīng)點。通常流動性越大,粗骨料(石子)與砂漿就越抗離析措施。本文正是基于此點開展相應(yīng)研究。容易分離,混凝土的離析也就越嚴(yán)重。為了保證自1研究方法密實混凝土好的抗離析能力,采取的主要措施之一就是限制粗骨料的最大粒徑J。目前,中
