1、中文摘要本文基于遠(yuǎn)紅外作用下可以促使燃油中的長鏈分子打開,增加燃油霧化效果、提高燃油效率,實現(xiàn)節(jié)油和降低尾氣中一氧化碳含量的作用,采用普通的鋁源和硅源材料(AI(OH)3、Si02),利用它們可以在13000C左右生成共熔相并析出高純莫來石相的原理,針對莫來石基遠(yuǎn)紅外陶瓷進(jìn)行了研究。采用空氣氣氛中常壓燒結(jié)、制定合理的燒成制度,并利用測試樣品紅外吸收效果衡量紅外發(fā)射能力的近似評價方法,在實驗中比較了燒結(jié)助劑(MgO、Ti02)種類、加入量對莫來石形成、結(jié)構(gòu)以及遠(yuǎn)紅外吸收效果的基礎(chǔ)上,對Zr02、Y203和Pd203組分對莫來石形成、遠(yuǎn)紅外吸收效果及其機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)
2、果表明:(1)以Mgo和Ti02燒結(jié)助劑來合成莫來石,都可以促進(jìn)莫來石的生成,前者生成的莫來石棱角分明,而后者生成的莫來石比較圓潤;(2)在選擇Ti02燒結(jié)助劑時,當(dāng)加入量為6wt%時的材料的莫來石含量最高且吸收效果最好;(3)Zr02可明顯改善材料的致密度和提高材料12pro左右的遠(yuǎn)紅外吸收效果,當(dāng)加入量為5%時,還由于鋯英石的形成進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了莫來石的形成;(4>配方中少量的Y203/Pd203的加入,能明顯改善材料的紅外吸收效果。關(guān)鍵詞:陶瓷,遠(yuǎn)紅外,莫來石,添加劑ABSTRACTBasedoneffectsoffar-infraredtooilfuel,which
