1、中文摘要摘要隨著信息與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,嵌入式系統(tǒng)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域中,單個(gè)設(shè)備獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)、設(shè)備間依賴性弱的特點(diǎn)將被取代,而設(shè)備資源的有效利用、設(shè)備間協(xié)同工作及遠(yuǎn)程傳輸、監(jiān)控越來越多地被關(guān)注。CAN總線集多種優(yōu)越性于一身,其應(yīng)用不再局限于汽車工業(yè),而且發(fā)展到過程控制、紡織機(jī)械、農(nóng)用機(jī)械、機(jī)器人、醫(yī)療器械和傳感器等領(lǐng)域,越來越多的工業(yè)設(shè)備采用CAN總線聯(lián)網(wǎng),組成分布式控制系統(tǒng)。以TCP/IP協(xié)議為基礎(chǔ)的以太網(wǎng)具有遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸、通訊和方便快捷的特點(diǎn),不僅廣泛地應(yīng)用在商業(yè)領(lǐng)域中,還進(jìn)入了工業(yè)設(shè)備領(lǐng)域。工業(yè)設(shè)備接入以太網(wǎng)在很大程度上提高了控制系統(tǒng)的分布性。因此,本文提出CAN總線與以太網(wǎng)
2、互聯(lián)的課題。本文在深入研究以太網(wǎng)和CAN總線的網(wǎng)關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以ARM9為硬件平臺(tái),以Linux為軟件平臺(tái),經(jīng)過硬件連接和軟件設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)CAN總線協(xié)議和TCP/IP協(xié)議進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換,實(shí)現(xiàn)以太網(wǎng)與CAN總線的互聯(lián),允許上層以太網(wǎng)用戶對(duì)現(xiàn)場任一節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行訪問和控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。本文的內(nèi)容主要包括兩點(diǎn):硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。硬件設(shè)計(jì):CUP選擇三星公司ARM9芯片$3C2410,其它電路包括電源電路、復(fù)位電路、串口電路、CAN模塊電路和以太網(wǎng)模塊電路等。軟件設(shè)計(jì):采用嵌入式Linux為軟件平臺(tái),將Linux安裝、下載、移植到目標(biāo)板上。在Linux環(huán)境下,編寫CAN的驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、應(yīng)用程序以
3、及CAN總線和以太網(wǎng)相互轉(zhuǎn)換的應(yīng)用程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)以太網(wǎng)與CAN總線的通訊。本文設(shè)計(jì)的嵌入式以太網(wǎng)和CAN總線網(wǎng)關(guān)在測試中具有較好的穩(wěn)定性,以太網(wǎng)能夠?qū)ΜF(xiàn)場CAN總線進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測、查詢和控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了上層以太網(wǎng)對(duì)現(xiàn)場CAN總線的監(jiān)控。關(guān)鍵詞:嵌入式;Linux;CAN總線;以太網(wǎng);網(wǎng)關(guān);協(xié)議英文摘要TheDesignoftheGatewaybetweenEthernetandCAN-BusBasedOilEmbeddedSystemAbstractWiththedevelopmentofinformationandnetworktechnology,theembeddedsystemisuse
