1、內(nèi)蒙古科技大學碩士學位論文摘要本文從燒結(jié)過程自身精料的角度出發(fā)研究氟鉀鈉對包鋼鐵礦粉液相流動性鐵酸鈣生成特性和粘結(jié)相自身強度等燒結(jié)基礎(chǔ)特性的影響首先采用微型燒結(jié)裝置對8種不同氟含量的白云鄂博混合鐵精礦進行了燒結(jié)基礎(chǔ)特性的實驗研究結(jié)果表明氟能使液相的表面張力減小明顯降低液相的粘度液相流動性指數(shù)隨氟含量的增加先升高后下降在氟含量為0.90%時達最高值白云鄂博鐵精礦的鐵酸鈣生成能力低隨氟含量的增加燒結(jié)礦礦相中磁鐵礦減少赤鐵礦增多鐵酸鈣和硅酸二鈣的數(shù)量減少槍晶石的數(shù)量增多燒結(jié)礦宏觀上呈現(xiàn)薄壁多孔結(jié)構(gòu)微觀上形成以槍晶石為主粘結(jié)相多種礦物共存結(jié)構(gòu)粘結(jié)
2、相自身強度隨氟含量的增加呈下降趨勢在氟含量超過0.70%以后氟含量對粘結(jié)相自身強度的影響幅度不大其次在掌握氟對包鋼鐵礦粉燒結(jié)基礎(chǔ)特性影響的基礎(chǔ)上穩(wěn)定氟含量在0.40%左右改變鐵礦粉的鉀鈉含量探究氟鉀鈉對包鋼綜合鐵精礦燒結(jié)基礎(chǔ)特性影響的交互作用機理實驗表明K2ONa2O能和礦粉生成低熔點液相并且能抑制硅酸鹽玻璃聚集成團在有氟存在的情況下這種作用更為顯著液相流動性指數(shù)隨KNa含量的增加先升高后下降并在KNa含量為0.80%時達最高值包鋼綜合鐵精礦的鐵酸鈣生成能力很低能譜分析僅觀察到微量鐵酸鈣的存在粘結(jié)相自身強度隨KNa含量的增加先升高后下降并

5、sly.ThefluidityindexofliquidphaseincreasesinthebeginninganddecreasesafterwardwithincreaseofFcontent,andreachthepeakvaluewhenFcontentis0.90%.ThegenerationofSFCAofBaiyuneboironoreispoor.WithincreaseofFcontent,themagnetiteinsinterreduce,buthaematiteincrease;SFCAanddicalciums
6、ilicatereduce,butcuspidineincrease.ThesintershowsThin-walledporousonthemacrostructure,andcuspidineasthemainbondingphaseandmanymineralcoexistonthemicrostructure.Theself-intensityofbondingphasedescendwithFcontentincrease.WhenFcontentexceed0.70%,theinfluenceofFcontentonself-
