2、edtothepowersystemasamicrogrid,storagesysteminmicrogridcaneffectivelyreducethefluctuationscausedbythewindpower.Storagesystemcanstabilizethefluctuationsofactivepower,whichplaysanimportantroleinthestableoperationofmicrogrid,reasonableconfigurationofenergystorageisimportanttoi

3、mprovereliabilityandeconomyofmicrogrid.Thispaperwasfocusedonthepowerbalanceanalysisinisolatedmicrogrid,reliabilityassessmentconsideringenergystorageandcapacityoptimizationofhybridenergystoragesystem.Thefollowingworkwascarriedout:Tocharacterizethefluctuationofwindpowerandloa

4、dinmicro-gridincludingwindfarm,microturbineandenergystorage,thedefinitionofdiscrepancypowerinmicrogridwasgiven,whichisthedifferencebetweenloadandwindpowerfluctuations;Accordingtothefluctuationsofdiscrepancypower,thediscrepancypowerdecompositionmodelusingDiscreteFourierTrans

5、formationwasestablishedinmicrogrid,whichistodecomposethediscrepancypowerintolowfrequencyandhighfrequencycomponentsandthehighfrequencycomponentwasdefinedasimbalancepower.Meanwhile,microturbinewasusedtoprovidethelowfrequencycomponentandenergystorgesystemtobalancethehighfreque

6、ncycomponent,whichisproposedasMT-ESjointoperatingstrategy.Takinganislandmicrogridasanumericalexample,theresultsshowedthat:Underthepremiseofmeettingtheloaddemandandwithoutincreasingfuelconsumption,theproposedjointoperatingstrategycaneffectivelyreducethestoragesystemcapacityc

7、onfigurationrequirement.BasedontheMT-ESjointoperatingstrategy,asix-stateenergystoragesystemreliabilitymodelwasestablished,theenergystoragesystemchargeanddischargepoweradjustmentstrategywasproposedbasedonthismodel.Consideringtheabundanceindicesandwindpowerabsorbilityindicato
