1、植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)報(bào)2007,13(2):318-323PlantNutritionandFertilizerScience硼鉬鋅配合對(duì)甘藍(lán)型油菜產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響3王利紅,徐芳森,王運(yùn)華(華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)微量元素研究中心,湖北武漢430070)摘要:通過水泥池小區(qū)試驗(yàn),研究了B、Mo、Zn配合對(duì)甘藍(lán)型油菜雙低品種華雙4號(hào)產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,B、Mo、Zn配合產(chǎn)量最高,比對(duì)照增產(chǎn)2017%;兩種微量元素配合時(shí),以BMo配合最佳,其產(chǎn)量與BMoZn配合差異不顯著,BZn或MoZn配合僅比對(duì)照略有增產(chǎn)
2、。BMoZn配合的每角粒數(shù)居各處理首位,每株角果數(shù)居第二,BMo配合的每株角果數(shù)和千粒重處于各處理首位。試驗(yàn)還表明,凡有配施硼的處理,即:BMo、BZn和BMoZn,有利于提高華雙4號(hào)菜籽的含油量;凡配施鋅的處理,即:MoZn、BZn和BMoZn,有利于提高華雙4號(hào)菜籽的蛋白質(zhì)含量。微量元素的各種配合均可降低華雙4號(hào)菜籽的硫甙、芥酸含量;BZn配合具有最高的油酸含量,較低的棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、亞油酸和亞麻酸含量,對(duì)改善華雙4號(hào)菜籽的脂肪酸組分配比最為有利。對(duì)于雙高(高硫甙、高芥酸)油菜,只考慮提高其產(chǎn)
