1、基于綠色建筑理論的低成本建筑立面設計研究摘要能源危機和環(huán)境問題己日益嚴峻,現(xiàn)代城市中建筑能耗占城市總能耗的50%以上,因此建筑降低能耗可有效降低城市總能耗水平。建筑立面作為室內外交互的外界面,承載著如同人類“皮膚"的功能,既要維護建筑內部功能的正常運轉,又要進行室內外的能量及其他物質的交互。本文將建筑立面定義拓展的整個建筑表皮,應用被動式建筑策略讓建筑具有綠色表皮,并基于我國國情和地域特征在低成本的前提下,統(tǒng)籌表皮的生態(tài)性和美觀性,優(yōu)化綠色建筑綜合性能。正文分為五章,第一章引言主要介紹論文研究背景和研究對象,回顧了該領域的既往研究,并闡
2、述本文的研究創(chuàng)新點;第二章分析了綠色建筑立面存在的諸多問題,通過對多個國內外綠色立面實際案例的分析,初步歸納設計解決策略;第三章針對綠色立面設計策略進行歸類并分析;第四章選取幾個具有代表性的策略進行實際應用,實例論證綠色立面策略對建筑性能的優(yōu)化;第五章總結綠色立面設計策略,并形成提升性理論。關鍵詞:綠色建筑;立面設計;低成本;被動建筑;形象優(yōu)化BASEDONGREENARCHITECTURALTHEORYLOW.COSTELEVl氣TIONDESIGNRESEARCHABSTRACTTheenergycrisisandenvironme

5、energy.Thispaperredefinetheelevationtoenvelopes,andapplythepassiveconstructionstrategyforbuildingwiththegreenskin.Basedonthesituationofourcountry,regionalcharacteristicsandlow—costarchitecture,thestrategybalancethe3ecologicalandbeautifuloftheepidermis,andOptimizingtheper
