1、由于我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的深入，我國企業(yè)海外投資得越來越便利，更多的屮國企業(yè)通過海外投資擴充企業(yè)規(guī)模，提高企業(yè)競爭力。但是，機遇伴隨著挑戰(zhàn)，我國的海外投資發(fā)展歷史還比較短，企業(yè)面臨著各種各樣的問題。木文通過分析我國企業(yè)海外投資的主要五種模式，即海外營銷渠道、海外加工貿(mào)易、海外創(chuàng)立自主品牌、海外并購品牌、海外股權(quán)并購，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國企業(yè)海外投資規(guī)模止呈現(xiàn)逐年遞增的趨勢，投資領(lǐng)域也越來越多樣化，但投資地區(qū)仍以亞洲為主等投資現(xiàn)狀。通過對五種海外投資模式的比較分析和及影響因素的分析基礎(chǔ)上，提出區(qū)位選擇耍想多元化發(fā)展并且制定完
