1、SeriesNo.401金屬礦山總第401期November2009METALMINE2009年第11期厚大礦體分段空?qǐng)鏊煤蟪涮畈蓤?chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究1,2113劉培正張傳信胡永泉寇永淵(1.中鋼集團(tuán)馬鞍山礦山研究院有限公司;2.中南大學(xué);3.金川集團(tuán)有限公司二礦區(qū))摘要采用合理的采場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)是控制地壓危害實(shí)現(xiàn)礦體安全高效開(kāi)采的重要措施。針對(duì)吳莊鐵礦巖體條件,采用FLAC3D三維有限差分分析軟件對(duì)24種不同方案的采場(chǎng)圍巖應(yīng)力、位移變化規(guī)律及塑性區(qū)分布情況進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,得出頂板拉應(yīng)力是影響該礦采場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性的重要因素。將頂板巖層所受的最大拉應(yīng)力作為衡量采場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性的指標(biāo),繪出了采場(chǎng)跨度與頂板拉應(yīng)力、
2、采場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)度與頂板拉應(yīng)力關(guān)系曲線以及兩者對(duì)頂板拉應(yīng)力的聯(lián)合影響曲面。在頂板厚度一定的情況下,采場(chǎng)頂板拉應(yīng)力隨著采場(chǎng)跨度的增大而增大,且增加幅度越來(lái)越大;隨著采場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)度增加頂板拉應(yīng)力增加的幅度趨緩,特別是當(dāng)采場(chǎng)長(zhǎng)度增加到一定長(zhǎng)度時(shí),頂板拉應(yīng)力趨于穩(wěn)定。得到結(jié)論:采場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定性不僅與頂板暴露面大小有關(guān),暴露面形狀對(duì)其影響也是至關(guān)重要的。優(yōu)化采場(chǎng)頂板暴露面積形狀是控制地壓的重要手段之一,采用長(zhǎng)條形頂板暴露面,能提高采場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)能力和保證回采的安全性。因此,對(duì)于該礦提出了“大盤(pán)區(qū)、小跨度”的設(shè)計(jì)理念。關(guān)鍵詞位移變化規(guī)律塑性區(qū)頂板拉應(yīng)力暴露面形狀ResearchontheOptimizationofStructur
