2、關(guān)生理特征。結(jié)果表明,與常規(guī)白色陸地棉蘇棉9號(hào)(對(duì)照)相比,湘彩棉2號(hào)和皖棉39纖維中纖維素含量較低,并且纖維中纖維素積累隨花后天數(shù)增加的S型曲線符合Richards方程,擬合系數(shù)達(dá)0.999以上,其纖維素積累最大值、累積速率參數(shù)、最大增長速率明顯低于對(duì)照普通白棉,且綠色棉又低于棕色棉。天然彩色棉葉片中SPAD值、可溶性糖含量、蔗糖轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性,鈴殼和纖維中腺苷三磷酸(ATP)酶活性、蔗糖合酶(SS)活性和尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖(UDPG)焦磷酸化酶活性低于普通白棉,導(dǎo)致彩色棉纖維發(fā)育過程中無法獲得充足的養(yǎng)分,最終影響其纖維品質(zhì)。這也解釋了彩色棉Richards方程模擬纖維素積
3、累速率較慢的結(jié)果。相關(guān)分析進(jìn)一步表明,彩色棉開花后40d纖維中SS活性、UDPG焦磷酸化酶活性和GA3含*****量與成熟期纖維成熟度、纖維比強(qiáng)度均呈顯著線性正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.884,r=0.895;r=0.914,r=0.935;r=0.990,r*=0.988),說明天然彩色棉纖維中代謝物質(zhì)和關(guān)鍵酶活性低,影響了其最終纖維品質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:天然彩色棉;纖維品質(zhì);酶活性PhysiologicalCharacteristicsAssociatedwithFiberDevelopmentinTwoDif-ferentTypesofNaturalColored-CottonC
