2、大科學(xué)工程,北京100081;InternationalRiceResearchInsti-3tute,DAPOBox7777,MetroManila,Philippines;安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),安徽合肥230036摘要:以我國(guó)目前生產(chǎn)中廣泛應(yīng)用的雜交稻恢復(fù)系蜀恢527和明恢86為輪回親本,以江西絲苗為供體親本配制BC2F2混合群體。通過(guò)逐代人工接種篩選,獲得49個(gè)BC2F4抗病導(dǎo)入系。對(duì)抗病選擇導(dǎo)入系進(jìn)行基因型分析,利用基于遺傳搭車(chē)原理的卡方檢驗(yàn)對(duì)等位基因?qū)腩l率的偏離進(jìn)行檢測(cè),共檢測(cè)到12個(gè)顯著位點(diǎn),2個(gè)群體定位的
3、QTL各有1個(gè)在以往不同群體中也能被檢測(cè)到。主要農(nóng)藝性狀分析表明,非接種條件下,選擇導(dǎo)入系群體的抽穗期、株高和千粒重等與輪回親本無(wú)顯著差異;在接種的條件下,在2個(gè)試驗(yàn)地點(diǎn)中,分別有6個(gè)和2個(gè)蜀恢527和明恢86背景的株系抗病性顯著高于輪回親本,產(chǎn)量與輪回親本無(wú)顯著差異。上述結(jié)果為水稻抗紋枯病分子育種提供了有用的信息和中間材料。關(guān)鍵詞:水稻;回交導(dǎo)入系;紋枯病;QTLDevelopmentofIntrogressionLinesandIdentificationofQTLsforResistancetoSheath
