2、(DA)和抗壞血酸(AA)為模型化合物,運(yùn)用循環(huán)伏安法(CV)和差示脈沖伏安法(DPV)考察了該復(fù)合修飾電極的電催化行為。在pH7.0的PBS中,DA和AA分別在0.172V和-0.183V產(chǎn)生氧化峰,峰位差達(dá)355mV。與單一修飾電極(桑色素修飾電極(M/GCE)、石墨烯修飾電極(GN/GCE)及-8裸玻碳電極(GCE))相比,DA在M/GN/GCE上的峰電流顯著增大。在優(yōu)化的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,DA在2.0×10-4-9~5.5×10mol/L濃度范圍內(nèi)與其峰電流具有良好的線性關(guān)系,檢出限達(dá)9.0×10mol/L。關(guān)鍵詞:桑色素;石墨烯;修飾電極;多巴胺;選擇性測(cè)定中圖分類號(hào):O657.1;
