4、ionanddebate,Chinaadoptaflexibleapproachandavoidcodifyingprovisionsthataresubjecttoongoingdiscussions.Chinahasundertakenanumberofimportantstepstofosterexpansionofitstelecommunicationssectorasitdevelopsadynamicandresilienteconomy.Initsdrafttelecommunicationslaw,Chinahasincorporatedsomeimporta
5、ntglobalregulatoryprinciplesandappliedthemtoChina’suniquecircumstancestoestablishthelegalframeworktoensurethehealthyandrobustdevelopmentofitstelecommunicationssector.ThecommentsbelowreflectindustrysuggestionsforChinatoconsiderasitseekstobuildandremaintheworld’slargesttelecommunicationsmarket
