2、引起的不同生長過程所組成的,并且乙二胺的模板功能起了重要的作用.通過不同時間和溫度的實驗,深入探討了簇形和花形CdS納米結構的自組裝機理.室溫光致發(fā)光譜(PL)顯示這兩種納米結構在433nm和565nm附近有較強的發(fā)射峰,分別對應激子發(fā)射和表面缺陷發(fā)光.通過Brunauer鄄Emmett鄄Teller(BET)方法測試其比表面積.研究了高壓汞燈照射下,簇形和花形CdS納米結構在甲基橙(MeO)溶液中的光催化性能.結果顯示,由于其較大的比表面積,花形CdS納米結構的光催化性能要遠優(yōu)于其它CdS材料.關鍵詞:硫化鎘;納米棒簇;花形納米結構;自組裝;光催化中圖分類號:O649;O643S
