2、校的快速持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,探索一條適合國(guó)際旅游島背景下海南高職院校發(fā)展道路,加強(qiáng)高職院校的建設(shè)研究,特別是特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的研究,其重要性和緊迫性是不言而喻的。文章首先梳理特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的文獻(xiàn)資料,明確概念范圍,介紹專業(yè)建設(shè)和特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,然后采用調(diào)查和訪談的研究方法,遴選海南高職院校——R職院省級(jí)特色專業(yè)建設(shè)為個(gè)案,解剖該校三個(gè)省級(jí)特色專業(yè)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)該校特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),分析制約其特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的因素,進(jìn)而提出特色專業(yè)建設(shè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力措施。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括建設(shè)目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、師資隊(duì)伍、實(shí)踐教學(xué)、課程體系與教學(xué)內(nèi)容
3、、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與教學(xué)方法、技術(shù)與社會(huì)服務(wù)等方面。研究依調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,主要發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校決策層、師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系、校內(nèi)外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、技術(shù)與社會(huì)服務(wù)等方面存在問題。在分析問題原因的基礎(chǔ)上,在對(duì)比研究遴選的高校專業(yè)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀下,調(diào)查同時(shí)也提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞:高等職業(yè)院校專業(yè)建設(shè)特色專業(yè)I萬方數(shù)據(jù)AbstractCurrently,highervocationalcollegesmustmeettherequirementofourcountrynewindustrialstructureadjustment,Hig
