1、我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型期社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體法律權(quán)益保護(hù)探析中文摘要我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域取得了重大發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，整個(gè)社會(huì)工業(yè)化、城市化、現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程長(zhǎng)足推進(jìn)，社會(huì)繁榮昌盛、人民基本安居樂(lè)業(yè)，國(guó)家進(jìn)入_二個(gè)新的快速發(fā)展時(shí)期。但在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代遺留的歷史問(wèn)題、改革過(guò)程中帶來(lái)的社會(huì)陣痛及社會(huì)貧富分化的擴(kuò)大等諸多因素綜合作用下，導(dǎo)致我們的社會(huì)客觀(guān)上還存在這樣那樣的問(wèn)題，其中社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體法律權(quán)益如何保護(hù)就是亟待解決的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題之一。社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體法律權(quán)益得不到有效維護(hù)和保障，將直接影響我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)的倡導(dǎo)和建立，影響人民群眾對(duì)改革成果的評(píng)價(jià)，甚至影響到整個(gè)
