1、摘要無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)(WirelessSensorNetwork,WSN)是由大量無線傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)成的,廣泛應(yīng)用在工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、軍事國防等領(lǐng)域。復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器位于WSN射頻接收機(jī)前端,它能夠?qū)⒔邮盏降膸?nèi)信號放大,帶外信號抑制,是WSN射頻接收機(jī)中的重要模塊,研究低功耗高性能的復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器對于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有重要意義。本課題采用TSMCO.18“mRFCMOS工藝,設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)了應(yīng)用于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)射頻收發(fā)芯片的復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器。該復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器為有源RC結(jié)構(gòu),采用跳蛙式梯形級聯(lián),具有較小的靈敏度和較高的線性度。濾波器使用兩級密勒補(bǔ)償運(yùn)算放大器作為其核心運(yùn)放單元,并采用自動調(diào)諧電路,減少工藝
2、角和溫度變化對濾波器的影響。本設(shè)計通過減少濾波器級聯(lián)級數(shù)、改進(jìn)跳蛙式梯形級聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)來降低濾波器的功耗。測試結(jié)果表明,電源電壓1.8V,復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器的中心頻率為1.994MHz,帶寬為0.572—3.416MHz,通帶增益約為.2dB,鏡像抑制比為32dB,鄰道抑制比為32dB,通帶紋波為0.6dB,自動調(diào)諧電路的精度為0.3%,功耗為7.38mW,整個芯片面積為1.44×0.7≈1.008mmz。本課題所設(shè)計的有源RC復(fù)數(shù)帶通濾波器已在WSN射頻收發(fā)芯片中使用,通過測試,性能良好。該模塊經(jīng)過調(diào)整,也可以應(yīng)用在其它無線通信收發(fā)芯片中。關(guān)鍵詞:無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)、低功耗、射頻收發(fā)機(jī)、有源RC、復(fù)
