2、UNDERTHEVIBRATIONSTATEbyLiuXuyangSupervisor:Prof.LuoYanyanNovember2016摘要電連接器是一種用以實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣連接和信號(hào)傳遞的基礎(chǔ)元件,廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、國(guó)防等軍用和民用系統(tǒng)中。振動(dòng)應(yīng)力是影響電連接器接觸性能的環(huán)境因素之一。傳統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)方法存在成本高、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)且難以實(shí)現(xiàn)某些高強(qiáng)度環(huán)境等問(wèn)題。因此,采用有限元仿真研究振動(dòng)環(huán)境下電連接器接觸件的相關(guān)參數(shù)及疲勞壽命變化規(guī)律具有重要意義。本文以某型號(hào)圓形電連接器為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)振動(dòng)條件下電連接器接觸件的相關(guān)參數(shù)及疲勞壽命變化規(guī)律進(jìn)
3、行了研究。本文的主要工作為:首先,基于電連接器的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,分析了不同振動(dòng)條件下電連接器的接觸失效形式。其次,對(duì)電連接器仿真模型進(jìn)行靜態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析和模態(tài)分析,得到其靜態(tài)參數(shù)和模態(tài)參數(shù),并設(shè)計(jì)了振動(dòng)仿真試驗(yàn)方案。第三,采用瞬態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析模塊分析了不同振動(dòng)環(huán)境下電連接器接觸件的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)、接觸壓力變化情況及接觸件的應(yīng)力分布參數(shù)變化規(guī)律。第四,對(duì)不同振動(dòng)環(huán)境下電連接器接觸件的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分析不同振動(dòng)參數(shù)對(duì)疲勞壽命的影響規(guī)律。最后,進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),與仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。關(guān)鍵字:航空電連接器;接觸性能;可靠性;振動(dòng)應(yīng)力;有限元分析;
4、疲勞壽命IABSTRACTElectricconnectorisoneofthebasiccomponentsusedtorealizeelectricalconnectionandsignaltransmission.Itiswidelyusedinaviation,aerospace,nationaldefenseandothermilitaryandcivilsystems.Vibrationstressisoneoftheenvironmentalfactorsthataffectthecontactperforman
5、ceofelectricalconnectors.Thetraditionaltestmethodhasproblemsofhighcost,longtimeconsuminganddifficultytorealizesomehighstrengthenvironment.Therefore,usingthefiniteelementsimulationsoftwaretostudythevariationoftheparametersandfatiguelifeofelectricalconnectorsundervibr
6、ationenvironmenthasimportantsignificance.Inthispaper,therelatedparametersandfatiguelifeofacircularelectricalconnectorundervibrationconditionisstudied.Themainworkofthispaperisasfollows:firstly,basedonthedynamicmodeloftheelectricalconnector,thecontactfailuremodesofele
