2、后,織物各項(xiàng)服用性能和外觀的變化情況。用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的方法構(gòu)建SPF針織物洗滌性能和洗滌工藝優(yōu)選的模型。初步設(shè)想用模糊模型識(shí)別法構(gòu)建織物洗后外觀及性能評(píng)價(jià)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。研究表明:選用干洗法更能保持SPF針織物的原樣,但對(duì)加入氨綸的織物,干洗后局部有起泡(松弛)現(xiàn)象;SPF針織物適合用較輕柔力量洗滌,洗滌時(shí)間不宜長(zhǎng),洗滌溫度以室溫為好;用絲毛洗滌劑洗滌和翻滾干燥對(duì)保持織物原有性能有積極的作用。用模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法可對(duì)織物洗滌性能、洗滌工藝進(jìn)行比較客觀、綜合、可量化的評(píng)價(jià)。關(guān)鍵詞大豆蛋白復(fù)合纖維;針織物;洗滌性能

5、dafterwashingwithdifferenttechnologies.ModelsofwashingperformanceandwashingmethodoptimizationofknittedSPFfabricswereconstructedwithFuzzyMathematicsmethod.Amathematicmodelforestimatingtheperformanceandappearanceoffabricsafterwashingwasprimarilyworkedou
6、twithFuzzyModelIdentification.Theresultsshowedthatdry-cleaningisbetterforknittedSPFfabricstokeeptheiroriginalperformanceandappearance.However,slightcrinkle(relaxation)phenomenonoccurredatcertainpartsofthefabricscontainingspandexafterdry-cleaning.Itisb
