3、herelationshipbetweensatisfactionandbehaviorintention.TheresearchwasasectionalsurveythatusedadministratedstructuredquestionnairewithasamplesizeofinsurancecompaniesinLiberia.OutoftheTwothousandquestionnairesadministered,Onethousandandfiftyoneusablequestionn

4、aireswereobtainedfounding52.55%foranalysis.StructuralEquationModeling(SEM)approachwasusedtoanalyzeandtestrelationshipsamongvariables.ThisresearchdiscoverstheDependabilityandResponsivenessofefficientqualitydimensionsthatwerefoundtohavesignificantimpactoncus

5、tomersatisfactioninLII.Again,Technicalquality,Price,andimagequalitywerefoundtobefactorsthatdonotsignificantlyaffectcustomersatisfactiondeterminationinLII.Furthermore,customersatisfactionwasfoundtohavesignificantandpositiveimpactonbehaviorintentionssuchasli

6、kelihoodtorecommend,switchingintentionandrepurchaseintention.Moreover,demographiccharacteristicssuchasgender,age,education,andlevelsofincomewerefoundtohavenosignificantlyimpactontherelationshipbetweencustomersatisfactionandbehaviorintentions.Theimplication
