2、內(nèi)臟酶的組成,結(jié)果表明鮑內(nèi)臟酶主要含有兩種褐藻膠裂解酶Ⅰ,Ⅱ,一種纖維素酶,一種瓊脂酶。對(duì)酶的酶學(xué)性質(zhì)分析結(jié)果表明兩種褐藻膠裂解酶Ⅰ,Ⅱ的最適pH分別為8.6,7.2,最適溫度為35℃,分子量分別為35.2ku,67ku;兩種褐藻膠裂解酶的熱穩(wěn)定性比較差,且易受金屬離子影響;纖維素酶的最適pH為5.0,最適溫度為40℃。并確定了皺紋盤(pán)鮑內(nèi)臟酶分離純化的方法及參數(shù),為進(jìn)一步研究鮑內(nèi)臟復(fù)合酶的性能提供了基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)。關(guān)鍵詞:皺紋盤(pán)鮑;褐藻膠裂解酶;纖維素酶;純化中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):Q814;S917文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:ACharacte
