2、粗脂肪含量在饑餓前期下降較快,饑餓后期下降速率降低,各饑餓組與對照組差異顯著(P<0105);粗蛋白含量饑餓前期下降緩慢,饑餓4d、8d組與對照組差異不顯著(P>0105),饑餓后期下降明顯,饑餓12d、16d組與對照組有顯著差異(P<0105);比能值不斷下降,除饑餓4d組外,各饑餓組與對照組都有顯著差異(P<0105)。恢復投喂后,各饑餓組魚體生化組成和魚體比能值均恢復至對照組水平,恢復投喂期間各饑餓處理組的攝食率顯著高于對照組(P<0105)。結果表明:饑餓4d、8d組翹嘴鲌幼魚具有完全補償生長能力;饑餓12d、16d幼魚僅有部分補償生長能力。關鍵詞:翹嘴鲌(Culteral
