2、摘要:對(duì)不同耐鹽性植物厚葉石斑木(Raphiolepisumbellata)、桑(Morusalba)和月季(Rosachinensis)在鹽脅迫下的新梢、新根生長(zhǎng)量等形態(tài)指標(biāo),以及Na、K、Na/K,游離脯氨酸、葉綠素含量、光合速率、氣孔導(dǎo)度、蒸騰速率等生理指標(biāo)的比較研究表明:鹽對(duì)3種植物生長(zhǎng)的影響隨濃度的升高和脅迫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增加;Na、K等無機(jī)離子是厚葉石斑木主要的滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì),而在桑和月季中則為游離脯氨酸;葉綠素含量、光合速率等生理指標(biāo)隨鹽濃度升高先升后降,變化幅度:月季>桑>厚葉石斑木;3種植
