1、中文摘要隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)融入到了人類生產(chǎn)、生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。與其他科學(xué)技術(shù)一樣，網(wǎng)絡(luò)在給人們帶來眾多福祉的同時(shí)，也不可避免地產(chǎn)生了許多糾紛與問題，其中網(wǎng)絡(luò)著作權(quán)的侵權(quán)問題尤為突出。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息海量共享、復(fù)制簡便成本低廉的特點(diǎn)使網(wǎng)絡(luò)著作權(quán)侵權(quán)行為極為普遍和盛行，這些侵權(quán)行為嚴(yán)重侵害了網(wǎng)絡(luò)著作權(quán)人的合法權(quán)益，影響了其創(chuàng)作的積極性。從長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的角度看，如果這些侵權(quán)行為不能及時(shí)有效地得到遏制，勢(shì)必會(huì)影響我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。因此，加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)著作權(quán)侵權(quán)行為的法律規(guī)制勢(shì)在必行。本文通過運(yùn)用比較分析等方法對(duì)我國網(wǎng)
