1、廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文三七總皂苷的提取及純化新工藝研究姓名:李春玲申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:韋藤幼20080701三七總皂苷的提取及純化新工藝研究摘要三七是我國的傳統(tǒng)珍貴藥材,三七中皂苷成分是三七的主要有效成分,總皂苷(PNS)含量達(dá)12%,其中尤以人參皂苷R91和Rbl,三七皂苷Rl含量最高。此外,還含有非皂苷成分,如揮發(fā)油、黃酮類、糖類成分等。近年來,三七廣泛應(yīng)用于內(nèi)、外科疾病辨證治療中。三七除了具有傳統(tǒng)的止血補(bǔ)血、消腫止痛,雙向調(diào)節(jié)血糖血脂的功效外,還有抗血栓、抗纖維化活性、抗炎、抗腫瘤等作用。其在各科l

3、缶床應(yīng)用上發(fā)揮巨大作用,是一味具有廣闊開發(fā)應(yīng)用前景的藥物。本文對三七總皂苷的提取純化工藝進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,采用減壓內(nèi)部沸騰提取與大孔樹脂吸附分離相結(jié)合的方法,提取分離三七總皂苷,并對減壓提取及大孔樹脂吸附分離的條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,最后用結(jié)晶法進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行純化。研究結(jié)果表明:無論是提取工藝還是純化工藝,與其它一些提取方法和純化方法相比均有自己的獨特之處,而且比傳統(tǒng)提取方法的提取得率和產(chǎn)品純度都有提高。本方法的創(chuàng)新點在于:一、采用減壓內(nèi)部沸騰提取與大孔樹脂吸附分離相結(jié)合的工藝,具有提取速度快、無需水沉或醇沉工序、收率高、生產(chǎn)效率及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)
