1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文兩相流差壓與電導(dǎo)傳感器測量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)姓名:王金祥申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):檢測技術(shù)與自動化裝置指導(dǎo)教師:金寧德20080501摘要多相流模擬井實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置是研究油氣水多相流問題的重要手段,在理論研究和工程實(shí)踐中都占有重要的地位,研究多相流模擬井流動特性檢測系統(tǒng)具有重要意義。首先,基于兩相流差壓與電導(dǎo)傳感器測量方法,設(shè)計(jì)了兩相流流動特性測量硬件系統(tǒng),該硬件系統(tǒng)具有更好的可擴(kuò)展性和操作簡便性。針對虛擬儀器在實(shí)際測量中應(yīng)用越來越廣泛的情況,應(yīng)用基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)的圖形化編程語言LabVIEW,重點(diǎn)開發(fā)了測量系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集和信號分析軟件。程序開
2、發(fā)方法是采用LabVIEW數(shù)字信號處理工具包及目前流行的非線性時(shí)間序列分析算法。程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)功能上能夠?qū)⒍喾N信號處理方法集成到LabVIEW平臺下,由統(tǒng)一的程序進(jìn)行調(diào)用,并且可以根據(jù)需要選擇不同的算法連續(xù)運(yùn)行并保存結(jié)果,大大增強(qiáng)了信號處理軟件的便捷程度,程序具有用戶界面直觀與方便使用等特點(diǎn)。通過對實(shí)際兩相流動態(tài)測量信號處理結(jié)果表明,該軟件系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對多相流模擬井中差壓與電導(dǎo)測量信息進(jìn)行有效的時(shí)頻域與非線性分析?;谟退畠上嗔鞑顗簻y量信號提取了持水率參數(shù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了兩相流漂移流動模型,為油水兩相流分相流量測量提供了模型試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:兩相
