1、廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文土壤對甘蔗切割影響的研究姓名:劉增漢申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化工程指導(dǎo)教師:楊堅20100601土壤對甘蔗切割影響的研究摘要國內(nèi)外的學(xué)者對甘蔗切割理論的研究在物理試驗和力學(xué)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對影響甘蔗切割破壞的因素進(jìn)行了深入的研究,取得了良好的成果。但利用ANSYS/LS—DYNA顯式動力學(xué)軟件,將土壤的軟、硬程度作為考慮因素,對土壤支撐條件下甘蔗切割破壞的影響機(jī)理研究鮮見報道。這對于深入研究甘蔗切割破壞和切割器的設(shè)計具有重要意義。利用ANSYS/LS—DYNA顯式動力學(xué)軟件及反求技術(shù),
2、建立了甘蔗一切割器系統(tǒng)仿真模型,獲得甘蔗的材料模型參數(shù)且進(jìn)行了物理試驗驗證。建立土壤一甘蔗一切割器的仿真模型,對切割器非入土、入土切割和甘蔗一刀切斷、兩刀切斷的情況進(jìn)行仿真試驗,建立土壤彈性模量與最大切割力、軸向剪應(yīng)力的數(shù)學(xué)模型,研究土壤對甘蔗切割破壞的影響規(guī)律及機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:非入土切割時,土壤的軟硬程度對最大切割力影響較小,對軸向剪應(yīng)力影響顯著,兩刀切斷比一刀切斷的切割力小。入土切割時,土壤軟硬程度對最大切割力影響較小,對軸向剪應(yīng)力影響顯著,兩刀切斷比一刀切斷的切割力小。入土一刀切斷與非入土一刀切斷的甘蔗切
